ANUAL 3 - OPERATION The Hurricane is a sturdy and easy to use flail mower. It is especially designed to offer the best performance wherever professional, highly accurate, safe mowing are required. The Hurricane H70 is engineered to be used with tractors from 30 to 70 HP, 540 rpm and a category 1 or 2 three point hitch.
