how to lock and engage lift deck in high position when in park

To lock and engage the lift deck in a high position on a Gravely Promaster 44Z when in park:

1. Push the mower lift pedal forward to a position between cutting height number 4 and number 5.
2. Align the holes in the deck lift shaft and the deck lift cover.
3. Insert the cutting height pin through both holes so it passes all the way through the deck lift cover and shaft.

This locks the mower deck in the service (high) position.
