HOW TO USE

Connect to power in two ways:
Insert the USB plug of DC
cord into the USB connector
of your computer.
POWER ON / OFF
1. Touch ( ) to power unit on and off.
2. There are three speeds: HIGH, MEDIUM and LOW.
3. Touch (-) to lower speed. Touch (+) to increase speed.

provided and then plug AC
adaptor into a power outlet.
