Cause and remedial action
● ● The images may not be refreshed or other trouble may occur with
some web browsers or their version which is being used.
● ● Image display may be suspended if the network is congested or
the unit is being accessed excessively.
● ● When the IP video settings of the unit have been changed, the
display of the images may be suspended temporarily.
 Check the status of access to the unit including the multi-screen
displays, and stop any access which can be suspended.
Then take one of the following steps.
[When using Windows]
Press the [F5] key on the keyboard of the personal computer to
request that the settings be acquired.
[When using Mac OS X]
Press the [Command] + [R] keys on the keyboard of the personal
computer to request that the settings be acquired.
[When using a mobile terminal]
Refresh the screen by, for instance, pressing the [Refresh] button
of the web browser to request that the settings be acquired.
● ● Follow the steps below to delete the temporary Internet files
(Cache).
[When using Windows]
A In Internet Explorer, select [Tools]  [Internet Options].
B Click the [General] tab, and click the [Delete...] button in
"Browsing history".
C In the [Delete Browsing History] dialog box, set the check box of
[Temporary Internet files] to ON, and click the [Delete] button.
D Click the [OK] button.
[When using Mac OS X]
A In Safari, select [Safari]  [Empty Cache...].
B Click the [Empty] button in "Are you sure you want to empty the
cache?" pop-up.
● ● Reset the Wi-Fi by taking the following steps.
[When using a mobile terminal (iOS)]
Select [Settings] icon  [General]  [Reset].
Execute [Reset Network Settings], and then establish the new
Wi-Fi setting.
● ● The unit's ports may be filtered by the firewall or other function of
the anti-virus software.
 Change the HTTP port number of the unit to a port number which
will not be filtered.
● ● The H.264 images are not displayed if the "Network Camera
View 4" plug-in viewer software has been deleted in an
environment where the "Network Camera View 3" plug-in viewer
software was installed.
In a case like this, first delete "Network Camera View 3", and then
install "Network Camera View 4".
● ● Have the camera and personal computer been connected via the
internet?
 Select "On" as the "Internet mode" setting.
