This unit is designed to operate smoothly and efficiently if properly maintained. However, the following is a list of checks to make in the event
of a problem. Wiring diagrams are found at the end of this manual.
SYMPTOM
Unit does not run
Unit too cold
Unit too warm
Unit noisy
Unit does not defrost
When in doubt, turn unit off and call for service at 888-994-7636.
10 OM-FX SERIES
POSSIBLE CAUSE
No power to unit
Control in OFF position
Faulty control
Incorrect set point
Door / drawer ajar
Gasket torn or out of place
Incorrect set point
Warm product introduced to cabinet
Ice on the coil
Ice on the coil
Excessive ice on the coil

Troubleshooting

PROCEDURE
Plug in unit
Turn controller on
Call for service at 888-994-7636
Adjust control set point
Ensure door / drawer is fully closed
Inspect the gasket for wear and position
Adjust control set point
Pre-chill product 37ºF or 3ºF degree for freezer
Initiate manual defrost
