Before cooking:
One press clears your instructions.
During cooking:
One press temporarily stops the
cooking process. Another press cancels
all your instructions and colon or time
of day appears in the display window.

The dial have 4 function

Beep Sound:
When a pad is pressed correctly, a beep will be heard. If a pad is
pressed and no beep is heard, the unit did not or cannot accept
the instruction.
When operating, the oven will beep twice between programmed
stages. At the end of any complete program, the oven will beep 5
times.
When customer don't open/close door for 10 minutes, the unit
don't accept to start cooking and will beep 3 times.
NOTE:
If an operation(except "One Push Reheating" )
is set and Start is not pressed, after 6 minutes ,
the oven will automatically cancel the
operation. The display will revert back
or colon mode
The clock or colon(:) will disappear to save
power if no operation for 3 minutes.
