CL2900 SERIES USERS GUIDE 900 MHz Two-Line Cordless Guestroom Telephone... - Page 2 Replace the battery compartment cover and retaining screw. Insert the provided rubber screw cover. Turn the telephone Base so the back panel is facing you. Insert either end of the RJ-45 cable into the jack on the back of the telephone labeled LINE.
- Page 3 PLACING A CALL USING THE HANDSET Press the LINE 1 or LINE 2 key. The telephone will go off hook on the selected line. Listen for dial tone, dial the desired number. To end call the call press the LINE key again.
- Page 4 Flip the clip over (top to bottom) so that the protruding edge is towards the top of the phone. This edge will hold the handset. Turn the telephone over so the bottom is up facing you. Place it on a nonabrasive sur- face to prevent scratching.
