Power Relay Board

Model 3140S/4850S and 3140C/4850C is equipped with a relay board which is used for power
correction. This board enables the shredder to use 2 capacitors.

This board is located on the underside of the housing cover.

It is secured by 4 Philips screws.

All wires (i.e., capacitor wires) can be disconnected from the board via quick disconnect.

If a component that is hard-wired to the Power Relay Board fails, the entire PC board must
be replaced. (NOTE: Splicing is NOT an acceptable form of repair)
