CAUTION
► Always remove the plug from the mains power socket when the appliance is
not in use . It is not sufficient to simply set the heat level control 6 to MIN!

"Panini grill" position

1) Open the appliance lid and place the food to be grilled on the lower
hotplate 0 .
2) Close the upper hotplate 0 and lock it at the desired height by pressing
the safety catch 2 back (position MIN, II, III, IV, V) . When adjusting the
safety catch 2, lift the hot plate 0 a little way . The further back you press
the safety catch 2, the greater the distance between the hotplates 0 .
3) Check the browning of the food after a while . To do this, open the appliance
lid using the handle .
NOTE
Start with short grilling times and increase them until you identify the correct
duration .
4) When you are satisfied with the level of browning, remove the grilled food .
CAUTION
Damage to the appliance!
► Do not use pointed or sharp objects to remove the grilled food . These could
damage the surfaces of the hotplates 0!
5) Turn the heat level control 6 to MIN and remove the plug from the mains
power socket .
