When used as an infant swing:
Prevent serious injury or death:
• Never leave child unattended.
• This product is not intended for unsupervised or prolonged periods of sleep.
• Always use the restraint system.
• Never use with a child able to sit up unassisted.
- Fall Hazard: Never use on any elevated surface, since child's movement may
cause the product to slide or tip over. Use only on a floor.
- Suffocation Hazard: Never use on a soft surface (bed, crib, sofa, cushion), since
the product can tip over and cause suffocation.
- Prevent death: Keep seat fully reclined until child is at least 4 months old
AND can hold head up without help. Young infants have limited head and neck
control. If seat is too upright, infant's head can drop forward and compress the
airway, resulting in DEATH.
Prevent serious injury or death from falls or strangling in the restraint system:
• Discontinue use of swing when infant attempts to climb out (approximately
9 months).
When used as an infant rocker:
• FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered head injuries falling from rockers.
• ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
• NEVER lift or carry child in rocker.
• STOP using product when child starts trying to sit up or has reached 9 kg (20 lb),
whichever comes first.
• ALWAYS place rocker on floor. Never use on any elevated surface.
• SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Children have suffocated when seats tipped over on
soft surfaces.
• NEVER use on a bed, sofa, cushion, or other soft surface.
• Stay near and watch child during use. This product is not safe for unsupervised
use or unattended sleep.
