to highlight the desired option for whether the section to be deleted begins with the

first frame or the last frame, then press the OK button.
To jump to the first or last frame, rotate the control dial.

to select the section to be deleted.

The section to be deleted is shown in red.

Press the OK button.

Highlight [Yes] and press the OK button.
The date of recording of the still may differ from that of the original movie.
