Descrizione e specifiche prodotto Il sensore ha lo scopo di rilevare la presenza di fumo nell’ambiente in cui viene posizionato; quando il sensore rileva una certa densità di fumo invia una notifica di allarme al gateway MyVirtuoso Home a cui è collegato, inoltre per avvertire del pericolo il disposi- tivo emetterà anche un allarme sonoro di sicurezza. Il presente dispositivo è stato studiato per un utilizzo interno. Specifiche Protocollo: Z-Wave. Frequenza di trasmissione: 868.42 MHz. Portata del segnale: 30 m in campo aperto. Temperatura di funzionamento: 0°C ~ 49°C. -

Installazione Aprire il vano batteria, inserire la batteria, quin- di agganciare il sensore alla staffa ruotandolo in senso orario. Per l’inclusione: posizionare il gateway MyVirtuo- so Home in modalità di inclusione, pemere il pul- sante di accoppiamento per 1 volta. Per l’esclusione: posizionare il gateway MyVirtuo- so Home in modalità esclusione e quindi premere il pulsante di accoppiamento 1 volta. Nota: in modalità esclusione il LED lampeggerà rosso in maniera continua. - Page 6 N.B. Affinchè l’operazione vada a buon fine, durante la fase di inclusione/esclusione il dispositivo dovrà ri- manere in raggio non superiore a 1 metro dal gateway MyVirtuoso Home. Rimuovere la staffa di fissaggio rotandola in senso antiorario. Dopo aver deciso dove andrà collocato il sensore, utilizzare la staffa come dima per marcare la po- sizione delle viti. Forare il muro con la punta da 5 mm e inserire i tasselli. Fissare la staffa ai fori appena praticati usando le viti in dotazione.

Funzionamento Modalità acceso: inserire la batteria nel sensore; riposizionare sulla staffa; il dispositivo impiegerà 8/12 sec. ed emetterà un beep, quindi sarà pron- to per funzionare come sistema di sicurezza. Modalità allarme: se una certa quantità di fumo viene rilevata, il dispositivo emette 3 beep seguiti da una pausa e da altri 3 beep sonori. Il LED rosso lampeggia velocemente. Un messaggio di allarme verrà inviato al gateway a cui è stato connesso. Modalità errore: se il dispositivo emette un beep e il LED giallo lampeggia 3 volte ogni 43 secondi, il dispositivo non funziona correttamente, contat- tare il servizio di assistenza. Livello batteria basso: quando il LED giallo e rosso lampeggiano ogni 43 sec.

- Page 12 Introduction Thank you for choosing the SmartDHOME smoke de- tector for pairing with the home automation gateway. This sensor is a Z-Wave enabled device and is fully compatible with MyVirtuoso Home network.
- Page 13 Product description and specification This detector is designed to detect the presence of smoke in the area in which is positioned. When the sensor detects a certain density of smoke, it sends an alarm notification to the MyVirtuoso Home gateway to which it is connected. An audible safety alarm also sounds to warn of smoke presence, alerting the oc- cupants to danger. For indoor use only. Specification: Protocol: Z-Wave. Frequency range: 868.42 MHz. Operating range: 30 m uninterrupted. Operating temperature: 0°C ~ 49°C. Relative humidity: 10% to 95% RH.

Package contents: 1 Smoke detector. 1 Bracket holder 1 Mounting kit. 1 CR123A battery. 1 Installation manual. Installation Open the battery cover to insert the batteries, and then replace the cover. Fix the detector on bracket by rotating it clockwise. For “Inclusion”: put MyVirtuoso Home gateway into “inclusion” mode, and press the inclusion button of the sensor once to be included.
- Page 15 Note: During the inclusion/exclusion phase, the device should be within 1 meter of MyVirtuoso Home gate- way. Remove the bracket from the detector by rotat- ing it anti-clockwise. Place the bracket where you are going to install the detector. In each keyhole slot, draw a mark to locate rawl plugand screw. Using a 5mm drill bit, drill two holes at the marks and insert rawl plugs. Attach the bracket by using the screws. Suggested smoke detector positioning:...
- Page 16 Operation Power-on Mode: install battery into the detector; close the bracket; the detector will take 8 to 12 sec and emit a beep to confirm and start the bur- glar system. The detector will sound alarm if you remove battery cover.
- Page 17 Stand-by Mode: The red LED flashes once every 334 seconds. Alarm Mode: If a certain density of smoke is de- tected, an audible alarm will sound with 3 beeps, followed by a delay and a further 3 beeps. The red LED will flash continuously and rapidly. Mean- while, the smoke detector sends an alarm report to the gateway. Error Mode: If the smoke detector beeps once and yellow LED flashes three times every 43 sec, it indicates the smoke detector is not working properly.
