Maintenance
Make sure that there are no
fuel or oil leaks from the prod-
uct.
Make sure that there are no
damages on the product.
Make sure that there are no
loose parts.
Do a check for damages on the
cutting deck.
Do a check of the tire pressure.

Start the engine and blades
and listen for unusual sounds.
Clean the inner surface of the
cutting deck. Refer to
the product on page 19 .
Do a check of the throttle cable
and choke cable.
Clean around the engine.
Clean around the belts and the
belt pulleys.
Do a check of the battery con-
nectons.
Do a check of the muffler and
the spark arrestor screen.
Sharpen or replace the blades.
To replace the blades
Refer to
on page 23 .
Replace the fuel filter.
Do a check of the throttle cable.
Do a check of the front wheels.
Do a check of the belts and the
belt pulleys.
Disassemble and examine the
starter.
Do a check of the cutting deck
for adjustment. Refer to
just the parallelism of the cut-
ting deck on page 22 .
