Remove the brake
friction plate
Take down the
front wheel.
Take out the
speedometer
Dismantle the fixing
bolts of front brake disc
[3] Remove the disc brake friction plate and check
the brake caliper piston for its performance. If the
brake caliper piston cannot function properly, the
hydraulic brake must be repaired or replaced.
[4] Remove the front axle fastening nuts and the
speedometer flexible shaft. Take down the front
wheel.
[5] Take out the speedometer and check it for any
abrasion on the oil seal edge. If the oil seal edge of
speedometer is severely worn, replace it.
[6] Remove the front wheel and the fixing bolts of
front brake disc. Take out the front brake disc.
Warning
When front brake disc is installed , the locking
glue must be applied to the bolts, to avoid the
looseness of bolts.
