  • Page 8 Inspection and Unpacking: Once you receive your bathtub crate, inspect it for any damage or harm. Note: If any damage is found, reject shipment and contact our customer support. After inspecting the product, remove the plastic wrap. Remove all screws attaching the wood frame to the pallet and carefully remove from the bathtub with the help of a companion.
  • Page 9 Choosing A Suitable Location: Select a space in your bathroom or another area where you plan to install the water bathtub. Ensure that there is enough room for the bathtub and any necessary plumbing connections. Allow adequate space in front of the door for easy access. Preparing The Area: Clear the installation area of any obstacles or debris.
  • Page 10 Make sure the place where the bathtub is going to be installed is level. Panels before carrying the bathtub to prevent them from falling off. Hold the bathtub by the frame and lift and carry it to its installation place. Connect the building drain pipe to the drain outlet on the tub.
  • Page 11 The drain can be attached to the building drain with PVC cement or a rubber coupler. These are the recommended drain locations: Ensure that the drain is securely attached and sealed.
  • Page 12 Locate the water supply lines in your bathroom. Shut off the main water supply valve before connecting the water lines to the tub. Connect the water supply lines to the appropriate inlet of the tub. Carefully position the water bathtub in the desired location. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure proper alignment.
  • Page 13 If the floor below the bathtub is not perfectly leveled, adjust the appropriate leveling legs to re-align the tub to the perfect level. It is important that all of the leveling legs are completely supporting the tub and touching the floor. There must be no space between the leveling legs and the floor.

  • Page 15 The center foot is adjusted by loosening the nut on the top of the frame and then adjusting the bottom nut to raise the foot up or down. Once this foot is set to the proper height, the top nut can be retightened.
  • Page 16 To ensure the proper working and maintenance of the tub, you need to secure it to the floor. Secure the back two leveling feet to the floor using the supplied floor anchors. All electrical components are plugged into a 110V GFCI outlet. Recommended outlet locations are shown below.
  • Page 17 ELECTRICAL LOCATION FOR TUBS WITHOUT INLINE HEATER ELECTRICAL LOCATION FOR TUBS WITH INLINE HEATER If the bathtub is configured with the inline water heater, then the outlet location is more limited. Otherwise, the outlet(s) can be located anywhere around the bathtub as shown above. Note: The power requirements will change depending on the configuration of the tub.
  • Page 18 Note: The pump and inline water heater should never be plugged into the same 15A circuit. Once all connections are made, turn on the water supply and check for any leaks. Allow the bathtub to fill with water and test the jets to ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Page 19 Apply a waterproof sealant around the edges of the bathtub to prevent any water leakage or damage to the surrounding areas. For better and more effective use of the Apollo Bathtub, thoroughly and carefully read all the given instructions and follow them as recommended.
  • Page 20 Hold the door’s grab bar from inwards, to avoid any slip while entering the bathtub. Using the safety grab bar, sit on the tub seat. Close the door and lock it from the outside.
  • Page 21 To fill or drain the bathtub, follow the instructions given below: Make sure the drain is closed, ensure the drain handle is turned completely in a counter-clockwise position. Once the drain is closed, Set the water temperature and fill the bathtub by rotating the diverter toward the fill spout. To drain the bathtub, turn the drain handle clockwise.

  • Page 24 3. Diverter: The diverter is used to control the water components such as the fill spout and shower wand of the bathtub. The diverter has 3 positions: a. To turn off the fill spout or shower, point the “Diverter” in the forward direction.
  • Page 25 b. To turn on the shower, turn and point the “Diverter” towards the shower. c. To turn on the fill spout turn and point the “Diverter” towards the fill spout.
  • Page 26 4. Thermostatic Valve: A thermostatic valve is used to control the temperature of the bathtub. a. To increase the temperature, turn the “Thermostatic Value” in a counter-clockwise direction. Thermostatic valve b. To decrease the temperature, turn the “Thermostatic Value” in a clockwise direction.
  • Page 27 The control panel has three controls: 1. Seat heater (optional) 2. Whirlpool 3. Jet Air Control 1. Seat Heater: a. Press the "Seat Heater" button to turn the seat heater on/off. Note: Turn the seat heater on 10-15 minutes before entering to allow the surfaces to heat up.
  • Page 28 2. Whirlpool: a. To turn on the Whirlpool system, press the “Whirlpool” buton. This will also turn on the LEDs for UV and the inline water heater if these options are installed. b. To turn off the Whirlpool system, press the "Whirlpool" buton again.
  • Page 29 3. Jet Air Control: The “Air Control” knob can be rotated to adjust airflow to the jets. a. To reduce the airflow rotate the "Jet Air Control" knob clockwise. b. To increase the air flow rotate the "Jet Air Control" knob counter clockwise.
  • Page 30 4. Disinfection System: Rinse After Cleaning and Disinfecting. DISINFECTANT TUB CLEANER The tub has an integrated cleaning and disinfection system that pushes chemicals through the whirlpool plumbing using a Venturi injector. The 2 black knobs are used to operate the system. a.
  • Page 31 The system should be operated using the following steps: 1. Close the drain of the tub. 2. Turn the bottom knob to the “Tub Cleaner” and turn on the top knob. 3. Once the water starts to flow out of the suction fitting of the tub, turn the whirlpool pump on.
  • Page 32 Clean the tub regularly by using Turbo Clean and Cid-A-L. iii. Use the Apollo cleaning brush to scrub the tub surfaces. iv. Rinse the tub thoroughly after cleaning to remove any soapy residue. v. After each bath, ensure the tub is properly dried with a soft cloth. This will help to prevent the buildup of soap scum or mineral deposits.

Familiarize yourself with its features, controls, and any specific safety precautions. The recommended safe water temperature range for adults is between 100°F (37.8°C) and 104°F (40°C).

Grab bars can help prevent falls and offer additional security. Keep the area around the bathtub clean and free from clutter. Remove any bath products, towels, or objects that may pose a tripping hazard.
  • Page 36 Once you finish bathing, make sure the drain is functioning correctly to prevent water accumulation in the bathtub. Stagnant water can pose a slipping hazard. Ensure that your bathtub is equipped with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI). The GFCI is designed to detect electrical faults and immediately cut off power to prevent electric shocks.
