Here you will find a list of possible faults and how to fix them.
If this list should not help you please contact the customer service.
Problem: Device cannot be switched on.
Fix: Make sure that the device plug end of the power supply cable is con-
nected to the device and the power supply plug is plugged into a socket.
Press the ON/OFF button
Problem: No light pulse emission takes place when actuating the trigger
button .

Problem: There is sufficient skin contact and skin type is I to VII but still
the readiness indicator does not flash green and it is not possible to trigger
the light pulse.
Fix: If the readiness indicator
there may be a system fault. Switch the device off and disconnect it from
the power supply. After about 1 minute restore the power supply and switch
the device back on. If it still does not work contact customer service.
This product must not be disposed together with the domestic waste.
