Printer Turns Off Unexpectedly or Repeatedly
If printer is set to turn off automatically after a certain time, disable this setting.
Check
If you have set the printer to turn off automatically after a specified time, the power will shut off by itself once that
time has elapsed.

1. Check that printer is turned on.

2. Select Settings on HOME screen and press OK button.

3. Select ECO settings and press OK button.
4. Select PwrControl settings and press OK button.

5. Select Auto pwr control ON and press OK button.

6. Select Auto power off: OFF and press OK button.
7.
7. Select OFF and press the OK button.
8.
8. Press HOME screen button.
The setting to shut off the power automatically is disabled and return to HOME screen.
Note
• You can use the scheduling function of the Remote UI to turn the printer on or off at a specified time.
