    Step 3: Choose the Mounting Location 4" 4" 0.5 - 4m 20" - 13' Select a suitable location within the wiper area to mount the dashcam that provides a clear view of the road ahead and does not obstruct the view while driving. The most suitable location is near the rear view mirror on the windscreen preferably on the driver’s side.
  • Page 5 Step 4: Mount the Dashcam Using an alcohol pad, thoroughly clean and then dry the area of the windscreen where the device will be mounted. Remove the bracket from the kit and peel off the 3M protective film. Ensure that the “UP” arrows are pointing towards the top of the windscreen then stick the bracket on the windshield.

    Step 7: Initial Setup 1. Download Smart Controller application from the app store on your mobile. 2. Turn AP Mode on, to do this, click the button on the dashcam twice. 3. Connect to the Wi-Fi ‘ST-XXXXXXXXXX’ 4. On the Smart Controller application login with the default login: Username: admin Password: admin Please refer to the SIM Pack instructions to complete SIM activation form.
