4.2 Trouble Shooting

Whenever there is a problem with the appliance, check if you can solve
it following the tables below. If the problem persists, please contact the
customer service.

Solution
Close the door properly
andrestart.
Check the laundry.
Disconnect the power and
restart.
Check and fasten the water
inlet pipe.Check and clean
the outlet hose.
Clean and wipe the
detergent dispenser dry.
Switch off the power and
check if the mains plug
is connected properly.
Check if the fixing bolts
have been removed.
Make sure the appliance is
installed on a solid and
level floor.
Solution
Close the door properly
and restart.
Check if the water pressure
is high enough.
Straighten the water pipe.
Clean the inlet valve filter.
Check the drain hose for
blockage.
Restart the appliance.
Restart the appliance. If
problem persists, please
contact the customer service.
