Select "SQL Server Services".
Right-click "SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS)".
Select "Stop".

When [×] is clicked, "SQL Server Configuration Manager" is completed.
Select the menu items in order of "start"→"Control Panel"→"Program and Features".
Select "Microsoft SQL Server 2014".
Click the "Uninstall/Change" button.
After this, follow the instructions on the screen.
For details, refer to the Microsoft website.
When uninstall is ended, uninstall "Microsoft SQL Server Native Client" in the same manner
