  6. Ensure that all knobs, latches, and levers are in their fully locked positions before using this unit with a camera.
  7. Do not attempt to move this unit while the camera is attached. First, take the camera off, then move the unit before replacing the camera.
  8. Do not attempt to oil or lubricate any of the parts of the monopod. Doing so may cause damage and void the warranty.
  9. Do not store this unit in environments with high temperatures.
  10. Do not use during lightning storms.
  11. Do not sit or ride on the monopod or allow others to do so, as this may cause injuries as well as damage to the product.
  12. Do not use harsh chemicals for cleaning this product; use only a mild detergent and soft cloth, and dry well before storing.

  1. 1/4" to 3/8" (0.6 cm to 0.95 cm) screw adapter
  2. Neoprene grip

Adjustable Body

  1. Unlatch the leg locks at the bottom of the leg.
  2. Pull out the sections of the body until it reaches your desired length.
  3. Re-latch the locks once you have the body configured as you wish.

Turf Spike

  1. For use on grass or other unstable surfaces, turn the rubber tipto the right until it stops.
  2. The turf spike will now be visible.
  3. To retract the turf spike, turn the rubber tip to the left until it stops and the turf spike is no longer visible.
  4. Use caution when deploying the turf spike as it can damage some surfaces.

Wrist Strap

  1. We recommend using the included wrist strap any time you use your monopod, to provide extra protection for your camera or smartphone.
  2. Attach the strap by threading the connector through the loop on the top end of the monopod.
  3. Slide your hand through the wrist strap, then twist your arm, so that the strap is taut while you're holding the monopod.

Mounting a Camera

  1. Align the screw adapter with the corresponding threading on your camera.
  2. Holding the camera in one hand, rotate the monopod to the right until it is securely attached to the camera.
  3. To remove your camera, hold it in one hand and rotate the monopod to the left until it is no longer attached.

Mounting a Smartphone

  1. Align the screw adapter with the corresponding threading on the smartphone adapter.
  2. Holding the smartphone adapter in one hand, rotate the monopod to the right until it is securely attached to the adapter.
  3. You may now pull up on the smartphone adapter clamp and insert your smartphone in landscape mode.
  4. To remove the smartphone adapter, hold it in one hand and rotate the monopod to the left until it is no longer attached.
