Pull out the sections of the leg until it reaches your desired length. c. Use the center brace locking ring to adjust the center portion of the tripod up and down to maximize stability.
- Page 7 e. To adjust the central column/monopod: i. Hold the central column/monopod in one hand and grasp the bottom with the other. ii. Turn the bottom a quarter-turn to the left and extend the section. The full column may extend all at once, in which case you can skip step iii and proceed to step iv.

- Page 9 4. Mounting a Camera a. Pull the quick-release lever on the side of the head to release the plate. b. Align the screw adapter with the corresponding threading on your camera. c. Holding the camera in one hand, rotate the plate to the right until it is securely attached to the camera.
