Attaching the chair frame to the chair base
CAUTION: Failure to place the metal plates (H) above the "U" bar and below the rocker plates
exactly as shown in the diagram will cause the bolt heads and nuts to damage the structure
of the rocker plates. Damage due to over tightening of bolts or improper assembly could cause
injury and may void your warranty.
Place a metal plate (H) on the topside of the "U" bar, aligning the holes in the metal plate (H) with
the holes in the "U" bar. Guide two bolts (F) through the holes in the metal plate (H), through th hole
in the "U" bar, through the holes in the rocker plates(N), and then through the holes in the metal plate.
Finally, add a spring washer(G) and a nut (K) to the bottom of each bolt (F). Hand tighten the nuts (K)
3-4 revolutions only. Repeat the same procedure on the other side of the rocker assembly (N).
Tighten all nuts and bolts with hex wrenches provided. Ensure bolts are fully tightened. Remove
arrow labels from "U" bar and rocker assembly. Cover bolts with bolt covers(L).
