• Do not cover the proximity/light sensor with your
finger or put a sticker on it. Doing so may hinder
it from detecting the ambient brightness and
functioning correctly.
■ Touch Panel
• The touch panel is designed to be touched lightly with
fingers. Do not press hard on the touch panel with your
fingers or press pointed objects (such as fingernails,
ballpoint pens and pins) against the touch panel.
• The touch panel may not operate properly if
stickers or sheets (such as commercially available
protective films or peep-proof sheets) are attached
to the display. In addition, since the fingerprint
recognition sensor of this product is built into
the display, it may not be possible to register or
authenticate fingerprints.
• When using a protective film, make sure that the
protective film is compatible with the fingerprint
recognition sensor.
• Fingerprint authentication may fail if a commercially
available protective film is attached to the display.
• When carrying the product in your pocket or bag,
take care not to put the touch panel close to metals
or other conductive materials, as it might cause
false operation of the touch panel.
