pROBABLE CAUSE
Iron won't heat.
• I s iron plugged in and the outlet w orking? Check outlet by plugging in a lamp.
• H as a temperature been selected?
• Is the OFF light illuminated? Move the iron to reset.
Water is leaking.
• Do not overfill the water tank.
• Adjust steam to a lower setting.
• I f steam ironing, is the temperature setting selected in a steam range (linen or wool)? Has a

Iron won't steam.

• Is the Adjustable Steam Switch in the (Steam) position?
