STARTUP
• After installing the pizza oven attachment, follow the instructions for lighting your grill found in your grill manual.
• Allow sufficient time for the pizza oven to heat up to your desired temperature. Pre-heat times can vary due to differing conditions.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
To prevent injury, allow the grill and pizza oven attachment to cool for at least 45-60 minutes prior to removing the
pizza oven from the grill.
AFTER EACH USE
• Brush or scrape out any remaining food or debris from the oven. Use caution to not scratch the pizza stones.
WEEKLY CLEANING
• Clean the pizza oven attachment with warm, soapy water.
• DO NOT use harsh chemicals in the pizza oven attachment as the pizza stones can absorb the chemicals and contaminate food.
TRANSPORTATION TIPS
• For transportation of the pizza oven grill attachment, handle with care to ensure the pizza stones are not damaged.
• It is recommended to save the original packaging for transportation of the pizza stones.
