Remove the fans
Make sure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the lower case" on page 28
"Remove the heat sink" on page 31
Step 1.
Disconnect the battery pack cable from the system board.
Attention: Use your fingernails to pull the connector to unplug it. Do not pull the cable.
Step 2.
Peel off the system board tapes carefully.
Note: The system board tapes are not reusable. Replace them when replacing related FRUs.
Step 3.
Peel off the tape securing the camera cable.

Step 4.
Disconnect the fan cables from the system board and release the camera cable and EDP cable
from the cable guide. Remove six screws and then remove the fans.
