Exchanging data via storage media
To copy all the data at once
Tap [Select] in step 3 and select [Select All].

Moving your CLIÉ handheld data to storage media
When the available memory in your CLIÉ handheld is insufficient, you can
move the data from your CLIÉ handheld to storage media.

In step 4 above, tap [Move].
The selected data on your CLIÉ handheld are transferred to the storage
media and saved.
