We have a separate grill model CVE662. I can't find anything about how to operate top grill OR the bottom grill. We only have one grill position on the left hand of our 3 controls. How do we operate one OR the other?

To operate the grill on the Chef CVE662 model, use the "Grill" function which directs radiant heat from the upper element onto the food. Grill with the oven door closed. Preheat the grill for 3 minutes before cooking to seal in juices. Heat comes from elements above and below the food. The thermostat controls both elements, turning them on and off as needed. Select the cooking temperature from the control panel to set up the function.
