The reply consists of the following bytes:
• Address and I 2 C read-bit (0x60 and '1')
• Category byte (0x90)
• Setting byte (0x03)
• Read byte (0x01)
• Four frequency bytes (decimal 950.000.000 or hexadecimal 38.9F.D9.80)
• Checksum (0xDC, see Table 2)
