OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Engine Speed Control
Engine speed can be manually adjusted using the engine speed
control dial. Increase engine speed by rotating the control knob
clockwise. Decrease engine speed by rotating the control knob
counterclockwise.
IMPORTANT
The engine speed control system has been set at the
factory and should not require adjustment as part of routine
maintenance.
In the event that the automatic speed control system fails, the
EPOS controls automatically defaults and reduces engine
speed. Manual control of engine speed can be done by using
either the manual engine speed control dial, which will allow the
operator to set and hold a specific engine speed, or the
Accelerator Pedal for variable engine speed.
NOTE:
If the automatic speed control system has failed, the
EPOS controls automatically defaults and the
machine will not function at full rated capacity.
IMPORTANT
If the engine rpm is being manually adjusted, the equipment
will not function in its optimum capacity. Please contact a
DOOSAN distributor or service center for repairs.
