3.4.6 Selection 6: Multimeter. Use the tester as a digital multimeter to measure
AC/DC voltage and resistance.
NOTE: The tester displays the Vpp of the video signal and sync signal on the LCD
without the use of the test leads. See Menu Item #4 on page 14.
CONNECTION: Connect the 2 test leads to the bottom of the tester as shown in
Figure 3-10.

SELECT MULTIMETER MODE: Press "6" on the keypad to turn ON the DMM
(digital multimeter).
SELECT FUNCTION: Press key 1, 2 or 3.
DC voltage test range: 0-1000 V, precision: 0.1 mV
AC voltage test range: 750 V, precision: 0.1 mV
Resistance test range: 0-40 Mohm , precision: 0.1 ohm
RETURN TO MAIN MENU: Hold the Main Menu key to return to the Main Menu.
NOTE: Exercise caution when voltage is present. If you are not familiar with
proper safety techniques, ask for guidance. Do not exceed the testing
range (above) or damage may occur.
