8. Troubleshooting

Issue
Dust/liquid/detergent
leaking from
hose/tubes/pipes
Weak suction power
Abnormal noise while
working
Device starts smoking
Wastewater or foam is
blown out of the blower
or head.
Possible cause
1. Accessories are not
properly installed,
resulting in inadequate
leak tightness.
2. The rubber sealing ring
of the detergent pipe is
broken or falling off.

Filters/tubing/hose/suction
port is blocked.
2. Tank is not sealed
properly.
1. Sewer in tank is out of
capacity and water valve
is working.
2. The vacuum is
reversed, and water valve
is working.
Overheated, overloaded,
or damaged engine.
1.Filters are not installed
correctly.
2. Filters need to be
replaced.
3. Too much foam in the
tank.
Solution
1. Follow the instruction
in section 3 and check
the tightness of
accessory connections.
2. Contact your dealer
for repair or retighten
the seal ring.
1. Clean the filters and
accessories or use the
filter cleaning function.
2. Reset the main unit
and attach it to the
tank.
1. Clean up wastewater
in the tank.
2. Set the hoover
upright.
Turn it off.

installation of filters and
follow the instruction in
section 3.

new ones.
3. Use a low-foaming
detergent, or the
recommended type of
dividers; clean up
wastewater and foam
in the tank.
