COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE
It is strictly forbidden to run the pump empty. Fingers
are not allowed in suction hole if you are not sure that
the pump is disconnected from the mains. All
installation operations must be carried out when the
pump is not connected to the power supply.
1. Before starting to use the pump, we recommend that you make an
external inspection of the electric pump (in particular, the power
cable and plug connection). If the pump is damaged, it must not be
operated. In case of external damage, contact the organization that
sold the product to you.
2. Make sure that the actual conditions of use of the pump comply
with the allowable technical data given in this manual.
3. Make sure that the electrical connections are located in areas
protected from flooding. Protect the plug connection and power
cable from direct exposure to critical temperatures, chemical and
mechanical influences.
4. Before use pump, check that the plug is connected to the socket
and that the pump housing is in good condition. If oil leaks from the
pump, or if broken or damaged parts are found, you should contact
service center for troubleshooting.
5. Connect the pressure pipe (pipe,flexible hose), which must fit the
size of the pump outlet, with the outlet (pressure) pipe of the pump
and securely fasten it with a locking ring. Then tie a safety cable to
the pump carrying handle and remember not to hold the pump by
its cable. The immersion depth should not exceed 5 m. In order to
prevent aquatic plants from clogging the filter and thereby affecting
the operation of the pump, surround the pump with bamboo or
fine wire mesh, and install the pump onhard surface on a raised
platform.
6. Check that the float switch floats without any obstacles.
REMEMBER - too long float cable can lead to overheating of the
motor - body due to pump running idle.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
1. Subject toall recommendations given in this instruction manual, the
pump does not require any special maintenance. To avoid possible
malfunctions - it is necessary to periodically check the working
pressure and electricity consumption.Sand and other abrasive and
corrosive materials in the pumped liquid cause rapid wear of the
parts of the electric pump.
2. Don't letair entering the pressure line.
3. It is necessary to timely replace the mechanical seals of the electric
pump, as their wear and untimely replacement can lead to water
ingress into the stator of the pump motor and lead to its failure.
ATTENTION!
The installation of the pressure pipe must be carried out carefully.Make
sure all screw connections are tight. When tightening screw connections
or other components, it is not recommended to apply excessive force. Use
Teflon tape to secure the connections tightly.
ATTENTION!
The replacement of mechanical seals with increased wear is not covered by
the warranty.silent maintenance of the product.
