If the Vissani MDFF7SS refrigerator is not cooling properly after being brand new out of the box, possible issues could include:

1. Improper Installation – Ensure the refrigerator is placed on a level surface and has proper ventilation for heat dissipation.
2. Door Not Sealing Properly – Check if the door is stuck due to food packages or if the door seal is not tight. Heating the seal or adjusting the door may help.
3. Overloading – Too much food or food with high water content can cause excessive frosting, affecting cooling performance.
4. Power Supply Issues – Ensure the refrigerator is properly connected to a working power source and the internal light turns on when the door opens.
5. Compressor Shutdown – If the ambient temperature is high or there is poor ventilation, the compressor may shut down, affecting cooling. Improve ventilation around the unit.

If the issue persists, contacting customer service may be necessary.

@Mr. Anderson I have it sitting on the Styrofoam that came right out the box is that not level floor? Should I remove the bottom and let the refrigerator sit directly on the floor?

We unplugged it to move a few things. We plugged back in and it won't turn on. Light is out. We checked the breakers and nothing. We tried a different outlet that we know works and still no luck.
