My freezer section doesn’t get very cold. The fridge section does but the freezer can’t seem to hold it’s temperature. Any suggestion?

Possible causes of the Vissani HVDR430WE freezer section not getting very cold include:

- The temperature control is set too warm. Adjust it to a cooler setting and allow several hours for the temperature to stabilize.
- The door is kept open too long or opened too frequently, allowing warm air to enter.
- The door is not closed completely or the gasket does not seal properly.
- A large amount of warm or hot food was recently added, requiring time for the temperature to stabilize.
- The refrigerator was recently disconnected and needs up to 4 hours to cool down completely.
- Airflow inside the unit may be blocked; leave space around items to allow proper airflow.

The bottom of the Vissani HVDR430WE refrigerator is very cold when set to maximum cold because the temperature control is set too cold. The manual advises turning the control to a warmer setting and allowing several hours for the temperature to stabilize.
