Settings -> Signage Display -> System Tools -> Clone
Clone Media Files
Clone media files from the selected source storage to target
storage.
(1). System clone files under the following list of folder:
a. philips/photo
b. philips/music
c. philips/video
d. philips/cms
e. philips/pdf
f. philips/browser
(2). Clone CMS files (file extension is ".cms"):
a. Source storage
Source is internal storage.
Check if there is CMS file in FTP.
If there is no CMS file in FTP, check philips/ folder
in source storage.
Source is external storage (SD card or USB storage)
Check CMS file in root directory of storage.
b. Target storage
Target is internal storage.
CMS file will be saved to philips/ folder.
Target is external storage (SD card or USB storage)
CMS file will be saved to root directory of storage.
Security
External Storage Lock
To disable power for USB port and SD card.
Admin Password
Settings -> Signage Display -> System tools -> Admin
Password
Enable
Enable or disable Admin Password. Default is disable.
(1). Unchecked: Disable.
(2). Checked: Enable.
Note:
After enabling, you need password to login Admin Mode.
Default password is "1234".
Modify Password
Settings -> Signage Display -> System tools -> Admin
Password -> Modify Password.
User can change the password for login Admin Mode. Follow
the steps below:
(1). Enter the current password first. Default password is
"1234".
If the current password is not correct, you will see an
"Incorrect password" toast message.
(2). Enter a new password.
(3). Enter the new password again.
Try again if the new password is not correct.
If the password is changed successfully, you will see a
"Successful" toast message.
Reset password
Settings -> Signage Display -> System tools -> Admin
Password -> Reset Password.
Reset the password to default "1234". If succeed, you will see
a "Successful" toast message.
