LIST OF FUNCTIONS

Turn the "Functions" knob to any position and the oven switches on: the display shows the functions or the
associated submenus.
The submenus are available and selectable by turning the knob to the functions GRILL, SPECIALS, SETTINGS,
BREAD/PIZZA, AUTOMATIC CLEANING.

STARTING THE OVEN - SETTING THE TIME
After connecting the oven to the mains power, the time must be set on the clock. The two hour digits flash on
the display.
1. Turn the "Browse" knob to display the correct hour.
2. Press the button
3. Turn the "Browse" knob to display the correct minutes.
4. Press button to confirm.
To change the time, for example following a power cut, see the next paragraph (SETTINGS).
SELECTING COOKING FUNCTIONS
1. Turn the "Functions" knob to the desired function: the cooking settings are shown on the display.
2. If the values shown are those desired, press
