Should check if the glass are thinner periodically, and must be replace the glass immediately when glass are thinner or damaged by corrosion. -

Disassembly and reassembly 1) Block the inflow of fluid in pipe where sight glass installed and remove the fluid in the pipe. 2) Remove the bolt and nut from cover to remove the cover, glass and gasket. (When removing the bolt and nut, beware to prevent falling and damage to the cover and glass.) 3) Check the glass of sight glass for damage such as crack or corrosion. -
