Troubleshooting

Below are some of the issues you may run into. If you don't see the issue you're experiencing below,

Problem
Airflow is
significantly reduced
Air purifier is making
unusual noise
Strange smell coming
from the air purifier
Air purifier will not

Note: Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.

Filter is in protective plastic bag.
Fan speed is low.
