Durch Versetzen des Fassgreifers kann der Fasslifter an unterschiedliche Ausgangs-Hubhöhen angepasst und dadurch der Leerhub (Hub bis zum ersten Anheben des Fasses) verringert werden. Außerdem kann es z.B. beim Einstellen von Stahlfässern in Auffangwannen ohne Gitterrost erforderlich sein, den Fassgreifer in eine niedrigere Aufnahmeposition zu versetzen. -

8. Wartung und Instandhaltung Allgemein Um ein sicheres Arbeiten mit dem Produkt zu gewährleisten sind folgende Kontrollen und Wartungen erforderlich: Regelmäßige Sicht- und Funktionskontrollen in Abständen von max. einem Jahr durch einen Sachkundigen. Die Fristen sind einzuhalten. Erhöhte, dauerhafte Staub, Schmutz und Feuchtigkeitsbelastung erfordern kürzere Wartungs- und Pflegeintervalle. -

Typen FH-EX (Geräte in Ex-Ausführung) 9.1 Einsatz und Verwendungszweck zusätzlich zu Kapitel 3. „Einsatz und Verwendungszweck“ gelten bei der Ex-Ausführung folgende Hinweise: Das Produkt darf nur gemäß der Gerätekennzeichnung bestimmungsgemäß verwendet werden. Die Kennzeichnung befindet sich auf dem Typenschild des Produktes. 9.2 Zusätzliche Hinweise Zusätzlich zu den vorherigen Kapiteln gelten bei Ex-Geräten die folgende Hinweise: Das Auspacken der Fasslifter darf nur im nicht Ex- Bereich erfolgen. -

Halten das Gerät, insbesondere Räder und Rollen; sauber und nehmen keine zusätzlichen Lackierungen vor. Die Lager sind regelmäßig zu Kontrollieren und gegebenenfalls zu schmieren. Beim Austausch von Bauteilen verwenden Sie ausschließlich DENIOS-Ersatzteile. Der Austausch gegen ungeeignete Bauteile führt zum Verlust der ATEX-Eignung. -

Maintenance and repair General To guarantee safe working with the product the following checks and maintenance are necessary: Regular visual inspections and operational checks at intervals of max. one year by a technical specialist. Ensure these set intervals are observed. Long term exposure and high levels of dust, contamination and damp will mean that maintenance and cleaning intervals must be shortened. -
