COMMON TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Problem
Cannot power on
After ignition
switch off, setting
information are lost

of radio station
No Picture/Image

Cause
Check fuse
Other factors causing MPU
to malfunciton
Change battery or fuse
Weak signal
Other factors causing
MPU to malfunction
Video viewing is not
allowed during driving
Once the USB current is
overload the maximum
limit, the headunit will
protect by itself.
Not connecting to the
device

Correct action
Replace fuse
Press RST button on the panel by
penpoint, then, power on
Reset information and save
Move the car to another place,
then try again
Press RST button on the panel by
penpoint, then, power on
Park the car in,put the car in "P"
position, pull up the hand brake,
parking brake wire must be
grounded.
Please pull out the USB and restart
the headunit
Make sure the device is within
range.
Device's Bluetooth connection
needs to be turned ON.
Go to Setting>GeneralSetting>BT
> BT Connection>Power ON.
Pair and connect the device like
new.
