Guide electrical installation 1 Plug in the guide rail connection cable to the control board in the machine cabinet and bring the cable through the channel towards the guide rail. Open the connection box in the guide rail assembly and plug in the connectors in this end.

  • Page 25 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS IM-560en Vers. 05 PH-300 VERTICAL LIFTING PLATFORM Page 23 19 Bring the platform up to the upper landing level and verify that the floor and the wall  on the upper access are parallel. 20 In case some adjustment is necessary, loosen all the guide rail fixations, adjust  using the supports, and tighten the fixations again using the indicated torque.  21 Drill the floor on the lower end of the guide using the holes in the guide as a  template. 22 Blow the holes and fill them from the bottom towards the outside, with 2 strokes  of the pistol. Immediately insert the M8 threaded rods with the corresponding nuts and washers to prevent the hardening of the resin.

Pay attention to the direction of the arrows in the call buttons so that the upper and lower push button panels can be differentiated.
