Overview

The multi-sensor, in a small device, combines:
-
an infrared receiver
-
a presence detector
-
a light intensity sensor (Lux level)
-
a temperature sensor
The MS2 is connected to the controller with a digital RJ9 link. It
receives orders emitted by a remote control.

Mounting Instructions

The multi-sensor is directly connected to the controller with a digital RJ9 link (50m maximum).
This is a single channel accessory (one multi-sensor per RJ9 input).
The multi-sensor has to be recessed:
-
Into a suspended ceiling (Ø32mm) fixed by a supplied rear spring (see figure 1).
OR
On a concrete ceiling (Ø63 mm) fixed into a recessed box with a decorative cap for support (not supplied) – see figure

2 – or wall-mounted (please contact us).
The multi-sensor has to be placed in the middle of the room to get an accurate presence detection and Lux measure.
Detection field adapted to rectangular rooms of 7 x 5.5 x 2.5 m (L x W x H). See the following figures.
Do not install onto a direct sunlight source.
Do not install close to an airflow (fan coil unit, air extraction, etc.).
