- Page 2 部品構成 作業に必要な工具類 下記の内容・数量が揃っているかを確認してください。 取り付けには下記が必要です。 ( )内は同梱されている数量です。 ・強力両面テープ もしくは ・ハンドドリル ・リベットおよび、リベッター カーボンリヤバンパーカバー本体(1) 注 意 ■本品は自動車競技専用部品です。サーキットや公道から閉鎖されたコース内に限って使用してください。 ■一般公道で使用すると車両本来の安全性が損なわれ危険です。また、法律で罰せられます。 ■本品の取り付けは特別の訓練を受けた整備士が、設備の整った作業場で実施してください。 ■指定する車種以外への取り付けはおやめください。本品を破損する恐れがあります。 ■部品脱着の際には無理な力を加えないでください。部品を破損する恐れがあります。 ■取り付けの際は、適切な工具、保護具を使用しないと、けがにつながり危険です。 警 告 ■本品の取り付けはマフラー周辺部が冷えた状態で行って下さい。 ■部品欠落により後続・周辺車両へ被害が及ぶ可能性があるため、製品の取り付けは確実に行ってください。 1.取り付け 【装着手順】 1. カバー側取付部・バンパー側取付部の脱脂 を行う。 2. 強力両面テープ、またはリベットにて10点 程度固定する。 （推奨リベットφ4.8mm/カシメ厚 t=4.0mm) もしくは、この両方を用い、部品が脱落しない ように確実に車体に固定する。 装着部位 2.装着後の確認 1. 取り付けに緩みが無いか、再度確認する。 2. エンジンを始動し、アイドリングから約2500ｒｐｍ程度まで回転を上げ、異常音が無いか確認する。 3.
