Clean the Motor Impeller 4.1.1 Your ComfoAir 185 WM unit contains forward curved impellers that require cleaning every 5 years, it is recommended that this is carried out at the same time as the Heat Exchanger cleaning. Note: The motors have sealed for life bearings, which do not require lubrication.
