Setting Up the E-mail Key

You can also send a document as an e-mail attachment by loading
the document in the Color MFP unit and then pressing the E-MAIL
key on the unit's operation panel. The document will be scanned and
your specified e-mail program will automatically start on your
computer. The document will appear as an attachment in a new
e-mail message, and you can then select the recipient and add a
subject and a message.
To use the E-MAIL key, you must first select the e-mail program you
want to use in the E-Mail Key tab of the Control Panel.
