Description of the item on screen follows:
Power Management/APM
Set this option to Enabled to enable the chipset's power manage-
ment features and APM(Advanced Power Management). The settings are
Enabled, Inst-On(instant-on) or Disabled. The Optimal and Fail-Safe default
settings are Disabled.
Green PC Monitor Power State
This option specifies the power state that the green PC-compliant
video monitor enters when AMI
after the specified period of display inactivity has expired. The settings are
Off, Standby, Suspend or Disabled. The Optimal and Fail-Safe default
settings are Standby.
Green PC LED Status
This option determines which status the Green PC LED will use.
The settings are Blink, Dual color, and Single color. During blink, the PC
LED will blink when the system enters the suspend mode. When the mode
is in Dual Color, the power LED will change its color during suspend mode.
Choose the single color and the PC LED will always remain lit.
Video Power Down Mode
This option specifies the power conserving state that the VESA
VGA video subsystem enters after the specified period of display inactivity
has expired. The settings are Disabled, Standby or Suspend. The Optimal
and Fail-Safe default settings are Standby.
Hard Disk Power Down Mode
This option specifies the power conserving state that the hard disk
drive enters after the specified period of hard drive inactivity has expired.
The settings are Disabled, Standby or Suspend. The Optimal and Fail-Safe
default settings are Disabled.
