Speed Control

Stirring Speeds
The stir settings are suited to cooking when
using the high temperature flexible beater
or the stirring tool. They will ensure that
food is gently mixed during cooking for even
heat distribution.
Stir 1 – constant very slow speed mix around
22rpm
Stir 2 – intermittent 2½ revolution stir every
5 seconds
Stir 3 – intermittent 2½ revolution stir every
30 seconds
Mixing speeds
The machine has a fully variable speed
control with pulse and fold functions for
maximum controllability.
This means you get precise power at all
times regardless of how much mixture is in
the bowl.
There are 8 mixing speeds:
Min – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 - Max.
Temperature Speed Limiter
Once the bowl has reached a temperature of
60°C or above, the speed is limited.
After heating, when the temperature is
falling, to select a higher speed the knob
must be moved to a position below speed 2
to re-set.
High speed heat and whisk allows the more
experienced cooks to perform a high
speed/high temperature whisking operation
as required by some recipes.
Pulse is also limited during heating.
