The content of the label is laser-etched on the base cover when the computer was manufactured. It contains
model-specific information (such as model name, SN, and certification IDs for wireless modules) and
mandatory compliance marks. The content template for this laser-etched label is provided in Appendix B
"Content template for the laser-etched label" on page 49. If you need to replace the bottom cover for a
customer, reproduce this label using the content template and edit its content based on information provided
on the base cover to be replaced. Print the reproduced label using a laser printing machine at the service
center and apply this label after the replacement base cover is installed.
